A very limited quantity of Lucchese Classics are produced in advance. Most Lucchese Classics are made to order. Lucchese Classics are made by hand by master bootmakers with over one hundred steps involved. Production time averages about eight weeks. Production may be delayed by shortages of premium hides or if any step in the bootmaking process fails inspection.
